Knight. Published by Pacific Press Pub. Association in Boise, Idaho. Written in EnglishPages: This is a very good book to get your Bible and consider the author's ideas and do your own study and make your own conclusions. If you want to obtain a better and ample exposition of what the book is all about you better read Thomas Luttrell's review; he already explained it a lot better than what I could say/5.

The book I've been working on is a book loaned to me by my pastor, "I Used To Be Perfect," by George Knight. I saw a video sermon once where someone shared a concept from this book, but to put it bluntly, they did it in such.

There is a lot that both PKs can get from this book as well as Pastor's family. The parents can understand a little more what their children go through when parents are involved in ministry.

This book provided some legitimacy to many of the feelings and experiences I had as a PK/5(15). Ok everyone. I finished this book yesterday, and I'll probably need to peruse it again because maybe I missed something.

The author, George Knight is an adventist, hence the reason I approached the book with a great deal of prejudice. My wife started reading her copy and suggested I take a look at it. "Oh, all right" I said. About the Author. Jeannette Dewyze is a freelance journalist. She was a staff writer for the San Diego Reader for 30 years.

My personal reading First, I’d be remiss if I didn’t give a big thank you to Goodreads FirstReads and Random House for providing an advance copy of PERFECT in exchange for an honest review/5.

It can be tough to remember the title and author of a book you read a long time ago Author: Gwen Glazer. With its realistic dialogue, difficult moments of self-discovery, and harsh critique of relationships, Perfect is a very quick yet unforgettable read. The graphic nature of this book may make it hard for some young teens to read alone.

However, it's an excellent choice for a mother-teen daughter book club.4/5. Perfect Summary Perfect has four narrators, all of whom are high school students in Nevada: Cara Sierra Sykes, Kendra Melody Mathieson, Andre Marcus Kane III, and Sean Terrence O'Connell. My perfect book is Wuthering Heights by Emily Brontë. I agree that it is all about suffering but it is also enriched with bitter love which touches the reader's heart. The plot in it is totally different than all the new novels I've read. So from all the books I've read so far, I would still give it #1.

Perhaps the author tries a bit too hard to drive her point home here -- don't try to be perfect, be yourself -- and she makes her characters suffer an awful lot along the way.3/5.
